Bran Custard Surprise

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup Kellogg's® Cracklin' Oat Bran® cereal Buy Now
- 1/3 cup seedless raisins
Directions:
1. In medium-size mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Portion evenly into 6 unbuttered 6-ounce custard cups or pour
into buttered 10 x 6 x 2-inch (1 1/2-quart) glass baking dish.
2. Place in large baking pan and fill with about 1 inch of hot water. Bake at
375° F about 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping, if desired.
