Finally! A fat-free version of the classic French favorite. These versatile crepes are great with either savory or sweet fillings - try asparagus with hollandaise sauce for lunch, or sliced strawberries and whipped cream for dessert. Bon appétit!

- 1/2 cup Kellogg's® All-Bran® Original cereal
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 2/3 cup skim milk
1. In electric blender container, process all ingredients on medium speed for
30 seconds or until smooth. Scrape down sides of blender. Refrigerate one hour.
2. Process refrigerated mixture 10 seconds or until well combined. Heat 7-inch
fry pan over medium heat. Lightly grease or coat with vegetable spray. Pour
2 tablespoons of batter into heated pan, tilting to cover bottom completely. Cook
until crepe is golden brown on one side and other side is set. Place on paper
towels to cool. Stack between waxed paper. Serve warm with warmed pie filling
or favorite filling.
