Blue Cheese Mousse with Red Grapes and Walnuts

  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened*
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 20 Carr's® Table Water® Crackers Buy Now
  • 20 seedless red grapes, halved
  • 20 walnut pieces
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)


1. In food processor container combine blue cheese and cream cheese. Cover and process until smooth. With processor running, slowly add cream through feed tube.

2. Pipe or spread cheese mixture onto crackers. Top each with grapes and walnuts. Garnish with rosemary, if desired.

*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
