Black Walnut Bread
Nothing else can quite match the flavor of rich, earthy black walnuts, which add a special flavor dimension to this sweet and tender quick bread. Enriched with All-Bran® cereal for an extra boost of flavor, this quick bread is truly unusual and distinctively delicious.

1. In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add
walnuts and KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal. Set aside.
2. Combine egg, milk and cooled, melted shortening in small mixing bowl. Add
to cereal mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread evenly in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf
pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 375° F about 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out
clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove and cool completely on wire rack.
