  • 2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled and cut up
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 drops hot pepper sauce


1. In medium bowl mash avocadoes. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce. Refrigerate for up to 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
