Apple Pie Pudding (Low Fat)
When we updated this luscious, old-fashioned dessert, we limited the fat but maintained the full, spicy apple flavor.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal Buy Now
- or 1/2 cup Kellogg's® Corn Flake Crumbs Buy Now
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups chopped, peeled apples
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 egg whites
Directions:
1. In medium mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES® cereal, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and sugar. Stir in apples and vanilla.
2. In small mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold into
apple mixture. Spread in 8-inch round cake pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 350° F about 25 minutes. Cut into wedge-shaped pieces and serve warm or cold with low-fat whipped topping, if desired.
