Apple Granola Crisp

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup Keebler® Grahams Original Buy Now
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 6 cups peeled and thinly sliced cooking apples
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or cider


1. In small bowl cut butter into crackers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in granola.

2. Toss apples with brown sugar. Spoon into 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan. Drizzle apple juice or cider over fruit. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top.

3. Bake, uncovered, at 350° F oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve warm.
