Apple Crisp Pudding

This delicious apple and spice dessert is a little bit fruit crisp and a little bit bread pudding.

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cups sliced, peeled apples
  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted bread cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal Buy Now


1. In small mixing bowl, combine sugar, spices and honey. Stir in apples. Spread in 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.

2. In medium mixing bowl, combine margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Mix with bread cubes and KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal. Spread over apples.

3. Bake at 375°F about 45 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm, with ice cream, if desired.
