Aloha Burgers Recipe

Say "aloha" to these positively tropical tasting, pepper- and pineapple-topped burgers.

Directions:

1. Remove stem, seeds and membrane from pepper. Brush oil on both sides of pepper. Grill directly over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.

2. Meanwhile, grill MORNINGSTAR FARMS GRILLERS ORIGINAL veggie burger according to package directions, except brush with 1 tablespoon of the sweet-and-sour sauce when burger is turned. Place pineapple on grill rack during the last 5 minutes of cooking, turning once.

3. Spread remaining 2 teaspoons sweet-and-sour sauce on bread. Top with burger, pepper and pineapple. Serve immediately.
