All-Veg Szechwan Beef

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 to 2 tsp chili bean sauce (found in Asian grocery stores)
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 MorningStar Farms® Veggie Bacon Strips, cooked and crumbled into pieces


Heat oil in wok on medium-high to high heat. When oil is smoking, add chili bean sauce. Next add celery and carrots. Stir constantly. Season with a pinch of salt. Chop uncooked veggie burger into bite-size pieces. When celery and carrot are a few minutes away from desired texture, add veggie burger pieces to wok. Cook veggie burger pieces according to skillet directions on package. Serve while hot with steamed rice.
