Take fun quizzes, upload receipts, voice your vote in polls, talk to us about your Kellogg’s® favorites, view videos and more. Head to the Activities page to choose how to show Kellogg’s® love.
Do 1 activity, get 1 token. Score 5, pick a prize.
Get tokens for completing activities. Once you hit your max of 5 tokens in a month, you get a prize. Go to the Rewards page to see what you’re playing for each month. Claim your prize there, too.
Pro tip:Watch for activities that give bonus tokens and look out for free bonus tokens on your birthday, KFR anniversary (your Fam-iversary!) and more.

Do 1 activity, get 1 token. Score 5, pick a prize.
Get tokens for completing activities. Once you hit your max of 5 tokens in a month, you can redeem a prize. Every month, your tokens reset to play for a new monthly prize. You can check out the Rewards page to see this month’s prizes and claim your prize there, too.

Get 1 sweeps entry for every activity, too
In addition to 1 token, every activity also gets you 1 entry for a chance to win the monthly sweepstakes. Track your entries on the Rewards page.
Pro tip:You can rack up unlimited sweeps entries, even after you hit 5 tokens. Since every activity gets you an entry, doing more activities means more chances to win!
