We’ve got a variety of convenient ways to send us your receipts. We recommend using a mobile device, but you can use text message, computer, email or postal mail. Receipt images should be clear and include the full receipt from top
to bottom. Receipts must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, and you can upload up to 5 receipts per day.
Uploading receipts to KFR does not provide credit towards current promotions. To participate in a promotions, please view our active promotions or follow the instructions on your packaging.

Please submit the receipt from your Online Account Order History that includes the same important information needed for standard in-store receipts:
• Store name
• Purchase date (Not shipping or delivery date; we need the date the order was placed)
• KFR product name(s)

You can receive an error when submitting receipts for a number of reasons, from not including required information to submitting duplicate receipts or receipts that are too old. When you encounter a problem, you will receive an error code. Keep this code handy and refer to this chart for specific instructions to fix you submission error.

When you redeem points for a gift card in the Rewards Catalog, you’ll receive your eGift card number and a PIN, as well as a link to the redemption website. Follow the link to the redemption website and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your
eGift Card number and PIN to access your reward.
Many of the eGift Cards we offer can be used both online at the retailer’s website as well as in-store at one of the retailer’s store locations. Please check the information provided to you when ordering and receiving your eGift Card for specific details.

Yes, we periodically offer seasonal specials on reward items. You can always find these in the Rewards Catalog marked as Hot Deals . Be sure to open your KFR emails for announcements on these deals.
To keep your points active, we ask that you log in at least once every 90 days. Otherwise, your entire point balance expires after 90 days of no activity.
Even if your loyalty card is automatically adding points our system is still looking for that manual log in every 90 days. As a reminder, we will send an email when your points are about to expire.
