How to upload your receipt

Tips

  • Once you connect a loyalty card or membership to your KFR account, you will not get points for uploaded receipts from that retailer.
  • When taking pictures, lay your receipt on a flat surface in good light and hold your camera or phone parallel to it.
  • We need to see the entire receipt including all 4 corners, in order from top to bottom. For longer receipts, scan or take pictures in sections and upload multiple images (up to a maximum of 5).
  • Receipts must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • You can submit up to 5 receipts per day.
  • Be sure that the store name, date, bar code, items and prices are readable in your image(s). Blurry or unreadable receipt images will be rejected.
  • Draw a star (*) beside the KFR-participating product(s) on your receipt for quicker points credit.
  • You can also mail your receipt(s) to collect your KFR points. Learn more

How to Text Your Receipt*

  1. Take picture(s) of your itemized receipt, using the camera on your mobile device.
  2. Enter 89332 in the to/recipient field of a new text message. Click here to open your messaging app on your mobile phone.
  3. Tap the attachment icon (likely a paperclip or camera). Select the image of your itemized receipt from your camera roll and add it to your text message. (For longer receipts, you can send up to five images per text to show your entire receipt.)
  4. Hit Send. We’ll text back a confirmation.

Detailed Instructions & How-To Video

  1. Visit kfr.com on your smartphone and go to Upload Receipt.
  2. Tap “Upload Receipt” and then tap “Choose File” in the upload tool on the page.
  3. Take photo(s) of your itemized receipt, using the camera on your smartphone. Or, if you’ve already taken a photo of your receipt, select it from the saved images on your smartphone. We need to see your entire receipt, including all 4 corners. For longer receipts, click “Add Another Section” to select the next image of your receipt or take another photo. Continue adding sections until the entire receipt, from top to bottom, is added.
  4. Click “Submit”. A thank you message will appear and we’ll take care of the rest!

  1. Take a photo of your receipt or scan it. For longer receipts, take multiple photos, being sure to capture the entire receipt from top to bottom, including all four corners.
  2. Save the photo(s)/scanned image(s) of your receipt to your computer as a .jpg, .jpeg, .tiff, .gif, .png or .pdf file.
  3. Upload your receipt by clicking “Upload Receipt” and then clicking “Choose File” in the upload tool above. Select the receipt image from your computer. (For long receipts, click “Add Another Section” to upload another image. Continue adding sections until the entire receipt is uploaded.)
  4. Click “Submit”. A thank you message will appear and we’ll take care of the rest!
